McClurg Court

McClurg Court is a luxury apartment community located in the Streeterville Chicago neighborhood. I was solely responsible for the content, art direction, photography and UI/UX direction of the touch screen project. The design direction for the developer included a storyboard, icons, and color palette for the UI/UX. Custom photography was needed for the amenities, model apartments and surrounding neighborhood. We also created 360 panoramic views of Lake Michigan, which is a desirable feature many of the units offer. Other assets created were a street-facing looping video in the leasing office window for potential residents and a digital brochure. The leasing office received great feedback, especially during the winter months of Chicago when tours of the rooftop deck are not appealing.
