DWELL AT NAPERVILLE

DWELL at Naperville needed to re-brand itself to compliment the property's new remodeling investment. Because the DWELL apartment community is located near Downtown Naperville and its scenic Riverwalk, I felt it necessary to have custom photography to attract new residents.

 

My team created beautiful, specific, lifestyle photos of model apartments, community amenities, and the perks of living near Downtown Naperville. I partnered with a rendering artist to create 2D and 3D floor plans of each unit style to help potential residents visualize themselves living at DWELL.

The results were a a fresh new, modern look, a new brochure, floor plans, pocket folder, signage, promo items, and a testimonial video.
