2929 On Mayfair

2929 On Mayfair is an apartment community in Wauwatosa, WI. This new development wanted to convey excitement in the neighborhood during construction. Much of the work was Phase I, pre-construction marketing deliverables include: logo ID, construction site fence wrap, direct mailers, sell sheets, indoor and outdoor signage.

 

I also partnered with a 3D artist to produce apartment renderings of model options. The new brand reflects a fresh, clean, comfortable, modern feel to attract future residents.
